1 has definitely better GPU, but no HDD for storage hurts, no OS?
2 has slightly better CPU and overclockable too, plus Aura (so can get those nice LED strips)
both have rather poor quality PSU

Overall, they are quite close, so it goes down to price.

no. 1...the i5 7600 and the GTX 1070 should let you play games at 1440p smoothly.
