What is the Better RGB Fan

I know that static pressure would probably be better, but I want to know what you guys thinK!

I want the RGB lights but what fans are better for that.

Case is NZXT H440 and I plan on getting the Hue+

The RGB fans by Thermaltake are horrendous since you're going to need to take the side panel off everytime you want to change the colorscheme of your build(and more so if your mood changes). From the looks of things(at least from reviews off the www) the NZXT RGB Aer is a better design since the RGB lighting, which will require the NZXT Hue+ control panel/box, is independent of the LED control and as such you get full PWM functionality off of the fans as opposed to the Riing fans which can only work if plugged into the control box supplied.
