Why do I get the idea this person is quite young and really has no idea what they want.
Yeah no kidding. The want to play at max (Epic) settings, but in the same sentence says all settings on low? They want to play at 4K, oh no wait, 720p?
Epic setting low everything except view distance is high no 1080p gonna use 144 hz monitor so yes 4K i think

720p

My budget is 450euro
Then you have no chance of achieving your original dreams.

Best I can do with your budget - you need 60 euro more, but this is a great gaming machine

What did you overclock your graphics card to?

You should be OK, although I don't know how much I'd be overclocking the GPU if it were me. I'd recommend looking into undervolting, in some cases even if you've increased the frequency a little you may still be able to reduce the voltage a bit to reduce power consumption (with no impact to performance).

I will need to connect a cable from the power supply to the rx 580 and I want to know if the EVGA 450 BT, 80+ Bronze 450W is compatible
