I am looking for a cheap, budget gaming pc that can run Minecraft at a constant 60 FPS with shaders. I am looking at the SEUS Shaders, and I understand that each part of the game uses different parts of the PC, The shaders use GPU and the game uses CPU. My budget is around 300-350.

Also, I know this has probably been asked before, but don't be annoying.

I am not sure about the shaders, my 7850 even doesn't cut above 30. There is yet an official/proper testing on it. But, According to people here:

You at least need around 960/285 performance cards, and that could add up to $200 alone. You have only $100-$150 to spend left on other parts. That equates to very cheap parts that is very hard to squeeze in. My best try is:

If this is what you're looking for I think you're good. But I won't build it this way as it probably would not be a good build (as it is not balanced). Unless that '350' is Poundsterling or Kuwaiti dinar or something like that I think it's hard to build anything. But if you're playing without shaders, It's very easy. I built an AMD richland rig only for ~$220 back 2 years ago and it runs minecraft fine.

Some people struggle to run shaders on a 970, some run it on a 650ti. It's poorly optimised and somewhat like the lottery. For $350 I will be surprised if you can build a PC that can run shaders at 60fps though. Refillable's build is decent I guess, it's hard to squeeze a 280/x/285 in for $350, but may be your best option.

Ok, what if I was able to increase the budget to about 450$?

Unfortunately, if you don't use rebates it goes up to $485, but it can be reduced even more if needed.
Reasoning:
CPU: TomsHardware OC'd the G3258 on stock cooler to 4.4GHz using a H81 board
Mobo: The exact board Toms used to OC the G3258 on stock to 4.4GHz
Ram: 8GB, I heard dedicating a lot of RAM to Minecraft/Java really helps the performance.
Storage: Reliable, fast, 1TB.
GPU: R9 280 is arguably the best price/performance GPU under $200. The r9 290 is stupidly cheap in USA but it brings you out of budget.
Case: Cheap, NZXT make great cases. You may have to remove the harddrive cage to fit the GPU in, however.
PSU: XFX/Seasonic are the best PSU company around imo.

EDIT: Ignore the "H81 chipset may need a BIOS update" notice at the bottom of the screen. MSI has confirmed that this motherboard comes compatible with the G3258 out of the box.
