What is the cheapest Graphics Card I could get for a Home Theater PC

You don't need a dgpu with a pentium g4560. The igpu supports up to 4k/60 and also supports the latest hvec and vp9 which places like netflix and youtube use to stream 4k.

Ok so I should be good with the Intel dedicated graphics?

Dedicated graphics means using a separate graphics card. Newer processors have graphics chips implemented and doesn't need dedicated graphics cards, if the task is so low like home theater.
