What is the cheapest graphics card that I can run?

First of all, here are my specs:

Processor: Core 2 Duo e8400 @3.0 ghz
Graphics: Intel GMA q45/q43 chipset (GMA x4500)
HDD: 250gb 7200 RPM
Psu: Standard HP 320 watt 16 amps (i think)
Optical Drive: 2x DVD-RW

What would be the cheapest graphics card (anything better than this integrated joke)? Please don't suggest a 750 ti as I don't have $100 (more like 30-40 usd)

Options:
First of all, use no more than 1GB if you have 32-bit Windows..

I'd go with the GT720 as it's a newer cards and may have hardware decoders for playing video that the HD6450 does not have to reduce CPU usage.

If not, it's still newer with better driver support.
