In order to cure the MG Chemicals 8329TCS Thermal Adhesive I have to bake it in an oven.

Do any of you know of a cheap oven that would work for curing this product?
I don't want to use my home oven. Need a small oven for small PCB. What oven would work best?

You only have to bake it at 150F for 2 hours, even less if temp is higher.

How stable/accurate does the temp have to be?

I imagine you could find a small toaster oven at a thrift store for $20 or so.
I just bought a toaster oven from walmart it should suffice.

I didn't perfectly apply the the thermal adhesive so I got some of it on some of the capacitors because I'm not perfect. Will the adhesive eat in to the capacitors in the future or something?

It doesn't "eat" anything. For"baking" it you would better of with a heat gun and nozzle small enough to cover just that place without exposing other components.
