I am looking for a build that can

- Play new games( The Witcher 3,GTA V, BF4, MGS, CS:GO, etc) at 60 fps 1080p

- Is a budget of $800 or under.

- Includes a 1080p Monitor, OS, Keyboard, and Mouse.

- I do plan on recording and livestream on it too.

I would like if it had very good performance for a cheap cost.

I does not have to be at 60 fps it could be 40 fps.

Solution
Here's a start. It won't do 60fps 1080p ultra, but it will run most things well enough.

The 'weak link' is the GPU. It needs to be better, but there is no easy place to get another $50.

Solution

What if i switch the GPU with a GeForce GTX 960? Will it make it much better?

What future expansion. No SLI, already got WiFi..

The Anniversary is the only H97 significantly cheaper, and it's too cheap, this one comes with WiFi, and the extra $15 won't do enough.

The board you suggested is more expensive ATM.

A bit better. The more you spend on the GPU, the better the system will be.

nah, i think a 280 will slightly outperform a 960. But a 280X isnt too far out of reach for a pinch more performance.

oops, price oversight on my part. Well at least he will have another pci slot......for you know...pci stuff

It does support crossfire though and you are already suggesting an AMD gpu. So thats a value add. Lets not get into the pros/cons of dual gpu's though lol

Which 280X GPU would you recommend?

Thanks but is there a time in the year when all of this lower price a bit.

If its a previous generation board how much time till they don't sell it anymore and if i were to make the computer how long would it last until its outdated?

It works well today, and will continue to do so for years. 'Outdated' will depend on the games that you play. Even the latest cards are likely to be obsolete in three years or less. Who wants to use 2012 cards in a top-end 2015 system? The performance of the more modern 380 is similar and the 380 costs more.

So if I save up for a whole year and I decide to buy all the parts you suggested easily or find better parts for the same price and it would would make game still playable depending on the games I play.

A year is a very long time. The recommended parts are likely to be different, but better, then. Work to this budget, but ask again. Something like the PSU, could be bought today. It's a great deal and it's not an area where technology will change much.

Ask again about a month before you plan to buy and we can adjust to the best deals at that time.
