Hi, i'm currently trying to build myself a system that can power a 1080ti with no bottleneck. This means that I really only want help with picking out the case, CPU, PSU, RAM, CPU cooler, and mother board. I am going to be purchasing a used 1080ti so the GPU is not an issue you need to worry about. I just want the cheapest system that can power the 1080ti without it bottle necking. Thanks :-D

Solution
Cheap does not relate to good.
Consider a guideline for a balanced gamer that budgets 1/2 the cost of the graphics card for the cpu.
The characteristics of a good cpu will depend on the types of games you will play.
Some games are graphics limited like fast action shooters.
Others are cpu core speed limited like strategy, sims, and mmo.
Multiplayer tends to like many threads.
