What is the cheapest PC VR Headset?

I assume it is the OSVR from Razer.

Any other suggestions for PC? It gotta be decent quality and similar to Oculus in its function.

I know u asked for something of same quality of oculus but u can use the trinus app on andriod (there making one for ios) and get the trinus server for ur PC and in a way live stream what ur PC is displaying to ur phone. But u would have to have a good speed phone plus it would have to be a newer phone because u dont want bad resolution. This can be a cheap alternative but may work for cheaper games. Just a suggestion.
