Question What is the cheapest way to build Desktop based on Ryzen 3600 which will output 4k @ 30fps?

I am a programmers and I am building PC with AMD Ryzen 3600. I will not be doing any gaming on it but need more cores so i choose Ryzen 3600 instead of Ryzen 3400G. I just want it to give 4K output at 30fps. I will be buying a motherboard which will have HDMI port supporting 4k output. Which is the cheapest GPU which will fulfill my requirement of display output of 4K @ 30fps.

If you are getting a GPU you won't be using the motherboard HDMI.

Practically any modern GPU can do 4k60 (for desktop stuff) as long as it has DP1.4 or HDMI2. My GTX1050 is connected to my UHD TV at 4k60 as a secondary display.

Motherboard means nothing if you aren't using an APU, it's all in the GPU if you aren't using onboard graphics. A GTX1050TI is capable of 4k@30fps, it is the cheapest viable option

Even something like a GT 710 or R5 230 or can do 3840x2160 @ 30 Hz.
