what is the cheapest way to do this

i want to get rid of my amd fx 8320E processor and switch to intel to fix the bottleneck on my gtx 1070 but i dont know what kind of processor i should get or what motherboard to get to get full preformance out of it. i would preferably like to take a somewhat cheap route but i will take any feedback that would help me. thanks

anything i5-6500 or better should take care of that problem.
