What is the cheapest way to get windows 10 on a new build? (France)

I am building a new pc, but on a budget. Does anyone know the cheapest way to get windows 10 in France. Its 100 Euros and I just know there must be a cheaper way of getting it.

No optical drive with this pc, however may get on. Depending how much cheaper it will be.

If it costs 100 Euros, it costs 100 Euros. Tom's Hardware does not support software piracy, so your only hope is to find it on sale.

Edit: Perhaps you can find Windows 7/8/8.1 cheaper than you can Windows 10 and then use the free upgrade.

I by no way support it either, I only meant is there a way to but windows 7 then upgrade it or something.

It might be cheapest to buy a Windows key from Redacted
I believe you can just download the windows installer from Microsoft, put it on your USB and install it with your key. No optical drive needed.

@Ares0 - Yes. You can purchase and install Windows 7/8/8.1, whichever is cheaper. One of the Windows Updates is the free upgrade to Windows 10.
