Go to minute 1:06 of the video, but it is good to watch it from the very beginning because it gives you some awareness about electricity and static discharge, and how it might damage your devices.

Also notice that not in all laptops you have to open the keyboard all the way to replace the WiFi card.

for the antenna pins a simple and slight nudge is usually enough, but remember that these pins are somewhat delecate.
