What is the cpu diode temp? overheat

i have amd phenom ii x4 965 cpu
I receive their temperature readings from speedfan and aida64
when i play game:
Cpu: 55 C
Cpu Diode: 85 C

is it high?

The diode temperature is measured by a diode on the die whereas the socket temp is from a diode that is placed in the CPU socket. The diode temperature is the more important one so yea 85C is high if sustained.

Have you OCed the CPU and if so then bring down your Core voltage and Frequency a little.
What kind of cooler are you using.?

stock cooler, stock frequency, stock voltage 🙁
i use stock cooler. when i play game, temperature is 85 C but no freeze in game
(btw my english is not good. sorry)

Well you must do something about it as 85C will diminish the CPU if sustained.
I recommend you get a better after market cooler and replace your TIM.
Is there a dust build up inside your Case.? Maybe time for some internal cleaning.
