For Ryzen CPU's, you want to use Ryzen Master or HWInfo.

Ryzen doesn't have external temperature sensor for each core separately, internal sensors are used only internally for XFR.

You can download the CPUID HW Monitor, or use Ryzen Master. I will tell you this though, if you do a stress test using ryzen master and you dont see any temps go well above 70. then you will never overheat

Do NOT use CPUID HW Monitor, it does not work properly with Ryzen CPUs.

But it does at least give accurate temps.

All such programs just read existing sensors either directly or thru BIOS, no sensor, no reading, as simple as that.
