[SOLVED] What is the dark spots

Okay so i just want to know what the dark spots are and if i can remov them and if so how?

The motherboard is new.

Could be soldering resedues or Flux or similar. Shouldn't be dangerous

If you want, you can clean it with isopropyl alcohol

Frankly, I'd leave it alone. There are far more posts from people destroying their systems by trying to clean something that didn't need cleaning than those who had a minor discoloration do the same.
