[SOLVED] What is the Difference between different graphic cards ?

Hi so I have a GALAX GeForce® RTX 2070 White Mini (1-Click OC)

and I was wondering if it would be worth it for me to sell it and save up for another one like Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Windforce 8G Graphics Card(link : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081YJPKTM/ref=dp_cerb_1 )
What is the performance difference like ? Is it worth the rebuy or should I just stick to Galax one ? I'm reconsidering this because I experience frequent frame drops in games like Fortnite and Overwatch .

Ryzen 5 3600
MSI B450M Pro VDH Plus Motherboard
16GB x 1 3000Mhz RAM
480 GB WD Green SSD
Corsair VS550 PSU.
Arctic Freezer 34 Esports DUO Cooler
Got thermals re applied a month ago.
Added some case fans, (thought it might be a thermal issue).

Is there anything else I should swap out to improve performance ? ( I play on 165hz 1440p low settings.)

The second link is to msi ventus rtx 2070. Anyway, the difference between these cards is the cooling. Performance wise, they're more or less the same. Gigabyte windforce, msi ventus, zotac (non extreme), galax, inno3d are known to run loud. You get what you pay for tbh. Cheaper cards are usually louder. That depends on you. If you dont mind the noise, then it's fine. Personally, i would go with the msi ventus. The good series are msi gaming, gigabyte gaming, zotac extreme, asus rog strix or evga. If you see these in the name, then they have better cooling but also more expensive. If you already have the galax, stick with it
