Question What is the difference between KVR16LS11/4 and KVR16S11S8/4?

They're both Kingston DDR3 RAM for laptop and runs at 1600Mhz. The only difference is the voltage, one is 1.35V and the other one is 1.5V.
What other difference are there with that 2?
What impact different voltage has on laptop?

Good advice from rgd1101

Check printing on installed RAM and buy the same:
DDR3L = Low Voltage 1.35v,
DDR3 = 1.5v
