What is the difference between Palit GTX750 StormX OC 1GB DDR5 and Geforce GTX750 Ti GPU - 2GB GDDR5?

So, title says all.
If I'll purchase the Palit one, will I be able to download Shadowplay etc?
I know that is the Geforce GTX750 Ti is better then the palit one, but how much geforce is better?

Gtx750ti is about 15% faster than gtx750. The main difference between those cards is amount of onboard memory.
