What is the difference between Repack,full iso,iso,reloaded in games??

Hi, i was asking about the difference between repack,full iso,iso and reloaded in games and is there any difference in speed between them???and which is better to download???

This sounds a lot like software piracy. You are best off not touching any of those.
99.9999% of games are not distributed as iso's.
