I bought a corsair hydro cooler and that it comes up with 2 sp fans already. I also but 2 more fans for the radiator for a push and pull configuration. But the thing is i bought af fans (air flow) and these fans are to be placed to the radiator? Will be this fine or will it create a lot of noise provided that they are af fans and not sp fans?

Solution
u can use the SP on ur radiator...the AF is not for radiators...the lifespan depends on the quality of the fans...but usually they dont deteriorate vry easily...
SP - Stands for Static Pressure
These types of fans are good for use on aftermarket CPU air coolers or for use on radiators used when water cooling. The pressure helps push the air through the dense fins of a heatsink or radiator.

AF - Stands for Air Flow
These fans are typically used as case fans.

I know what sp and af stands for and what and how they should be used. I accidentally bought them but its hard for me to replace them anymore. So what i'm asking is will it be ok if i continue to use them to my radiator? so extra noise created nor it will shorten its life span?
