What is the difference between the Intel Core 2 Duo BX80570E8400A

Can someone please tell me the difference between the Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 - BX80570E8400A and BX80570E8400 (same model as before but WITHOUT that last "A") ??

I will be getting an E8400, but on the site they are selling 2 different kinds and they both seem the same (but different boxes if the pictures are correct), and they are different prices

I would guess those are just where the CPU (which fab) was made at(?)
