What is the difference between the STCL4000400 and ST4000DX001 (SSHD type) ?

What is the difference between the STCL4000400 and ST4000DX001? They are both made by Seagate and are both 4 TB of memory and same stats .

and if this two are bad for gaming what i need to have a great hard drive for the next big games

please help there is a sell on our mall until after tomorrow only

Even though in the title it syas the STCL4000400 has a 64mb cache, it has a 32.

One is a kit(retail box). The other is a plain drive.
