What is the difference between the various different buses on the Motherboard/CPU

I'm totally confused between the different bus types on the motherboard/CPU i need to know it for the compTIA a+ exam can someone please explain me or reference me on how many bus types the motherboard uses and there purposes.
1)Is the external data bus also called the front side bus?
2)Do all different types of busess have a data and a address bus?
