What is the difference between these two DDR3 Ram Sticks?

Hello community, I've recently bought 2 2gb ram sticks model KP233c-ELD (http://www.memory4less.com/kingston-2gb-ddr3-pc10600-kp223c-eld)
But my mother has 2 2gb ram sticks from this model: (http://www.memory4less.com/kingston-2gb-ddr3-pc10600-kvr1333d3n9-2g). When compared, both models has the same specifications, except the height of the stick.

Will it be any inconveniences?

My mother is an ancient Asus M4a785tm-EVO

You should be able to use both of those together. Nothing I can find in terms of specifications that would influence anything negatively.
