What is the MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GAMING X and the MSI GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING?

they are the same card pcb with different clock speeds. that is the difference. oh and price of course.

overall performance is no different and you can oc the non-oc card to the higher speeds if you wish for that MASSIVE 1-2 fps increase you'll see!! grab the cheaper card if both are available to you
