What is the difference between xfx rx 480 gtr black edition and xfx 480 gtr double dissipation?

They both look the same but what's their difference?

The black edition cost more that the DD edition, why?

Black edition comes stock with a higher boost clock speed I think, looks like the GTR is 1288 and the black edition is 1338.

If there is another difference I don't know what it is, pretty sure they both come with those hot swap fans
