What is difference between Dell INS 3521 (I5 3317M) AND (I5 3317 U) PROCESSORS

i believe the core i5 3317u is designed as a low-power chip.

generally the U with Intel's processors means lower TDP.

although, the i5 3317M doesn't actually exist.
