What is the difference

So i am in the middle of buying my parts for my computer build and for the ram i was planing on getting Corsair Vengeance Blue 8 GB (2X4 GB) PC3-12800 1600mHz DDR3 240-Pin SDRAM Dual Channel Memory Kit on amazon. But then i saw different corsair ram that was usually 140 for 77 U.S. dollars. It was this kit Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ( 2 x 4 GB ) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) 240-Pin DDR3 Memory Kit for Core i3, i5, i7.
So my question is what is the difference and which one should i purchase and if it matters it is going to be a gaming Pc. I am new to this so forgive me if this is dumb.

Since they have almost identical model numbers with the blue set simply adding a "b" at the end, they appear to differ only by color. Every spec is the same between them.
