A driver is just a weird term for software that allows a computer to fully utilize and recognize a particular piece of hardware. So the CD is the installation for the driver of whatever component.

Well without a driver whatever wont work

Try reading whats in / on it

Without installing a driver, the computer will not be able to use a part.

So , when I install all of the parts in the case I have to use that cd otherwise it won't work?

Well some of them not all. But it maybe better if you download them from the site. The CD drivers maybe out of date
