What is the fastest 980 ti?

I am wanting to know if the gigabyte Windforce is faster then the asus 20th anniversary matrix. Looking for the fastest 980ti.

The ASUS GOLD20TH-GTX980TI-P-6G-GAMING has a higher factory clock than the GIGABYTE GV-N98TXTREME-6GD so it's faster right out of the box.

Several cards are within 2% of each other once overclocked, but within those some are a lot less noisy than others.

*It's important because DX12 can generate a lot more HEAT once used effectively. If that doesn't make sense just run FURMARK and observe fan noise. (not to mention the noisier cooler that was previously faster may now THROTTLE PERFORMANCE LOWER)

I'd also check pricing because paying an extra $100 or so for no obvious difference isn't great either.

I don't have a favorite card, though the Gigabyte Extreme and Asus Strix are near the top (I couldn't seem to find good reviews on the Asus Gold)
