What is the fastest car (highest top speed) in grand theft auto 5 online?

Everyone says that it's the X-80 proto, but I'm not sure about this.

The comet or the coil voltic super have best accel of non modified cars but are prone to fishtailing, but I believe most cars have the same top speed cap. Oh and the bullet is a great all around car too.

There is a building just uphill from michaels house about 7 blocks away that has a castle tower, in its garage are 1 of 2 of the games fastest supercars and a couple modded cars that will spawn there randomly.

Most people in GTAV judge best car by how fast a car goes in a straight line. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Right now the fastest car has to be the RE-7B
