What is the form factor of an optiplex 755 desktop?

I have the largest optiplex 755 and I am about to install a new motherboard with a new processor and RAM. I need to know the form factor (like ATX eATX etc. etc.) so I don't just drop $300 to find out it doesn't work. Anything helps, and thank you.

You have Optiplex Mini Tower with 300 watt PSU, and yes, it is BTX, so case is junk. You can save DVDRW and HDD (as backup HDD) and this is about it, oh your RAM is old, but maybe it is OK to start new life for a month or so.
