It's nothing you need to worry about as it is one of many factors that determine whether a PSU is good or bad.
Why are you asking? what's the root of the concern.
I bought Corsair CS650M and many reviews tell that its okay not good but most worrying part is its hold up time is lesser than ATX requirement and at some post I saw if u have ups then it might switch off while converting main to ups.
I have no opt cuz i bought it
🙁 I just wanna know this wont burn my card mobo or do something like old GS600 did with my gtx560 ti
my specs for which i will be using
i5 6600K
z170K
16GB Vengeance
850 EVO
1tb WD Black
4 Fans
Air Cooler for cpu
So you had an issue with a Corsair CS, then you bought another Corsair CS to replace it, plus it was bought even though you saw reviews that said it was not a "good" model to get. You would want to ask first, buy second.
It's not a horrible PSU, but not one I'd use in a gaming system, I'd spend another $15-20 on a better model. Return it or sell it if you are worried, or use it if you don't want to return it. It will power the system OK, just won't be the most reliable model. Anytime you are going to the low range of a product line you are obviously not going to get the best quality.
