Yep this a good cpu cooler it will let you overclock your cpu to 4.0+ at least . Maybe even 4.4 Ghz . [ dont go over 1.255v ]
but if you want to do heavy overclocking then go for Noctua NH-D14 for air coolers or a Corsair H100i for water cooler. :)
