Hi, I have a 3800USD budget for a pc build focused on Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects. I am a professional videographer/editor.

I am not a gamer, but I appreciate a fast rendering in Premier Pro and After Effects.
As these applications are continous improving overtime, I wanna be prepared for the next 5 to 10 years..
that I wanted to get a PC now that I won't worry about running out RAM and buying again,
or getting frustrated because I bought RAM that are not fast enough beacuse people think that I can still buy more later if I need to.

Here's my components:
Motherboard - MSI MEG X570 ACE
CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3950X C16 3.5-4.7GHz
RAM - 64GB*2 (2x32GB Kingston HyperX FURY D4-3200C16) = Total 128GB
Graphics card - 8gb ZOTAC Gaming Geforce RTX2080 Super Twin Fan (ZT-T20820F-10F)
Hard drive - 1TB NVMe M.2 Samsung 970Pro MZ-V7P1T0B
- 500GB NVMe M.2 Samsung 970Evo Plus MZ-V7S500BW
- 500GB NVMe M.2 Samsung 970Evo Plus MZ-V7S500BW
Power supply - Corsair RM 850 V2/850W Fully Modular 80PLus Gold ATX
Case - Fractal Design Define R6 USB-C ATX Case Black
CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-U12S CPU Cooler
Software - Windows 10

Questions:
  1. As you guys are experts, what do you think I should improve in these build?
  2. Do you have a better suggestions on what motherboard, cpu, or RAM should I buy?
  3. Does a fast RAM matter? or 2666Mhz is enough? Or if I get a 3200Mhz, would it make a difference?
Appreciate your help guys`.

If you are a video producer you can build this monster. But if you are just using for YouTube stuff, you can build for the half of the price good computer that will meet your needs. Main idea when building a computer must be the purpose of the usage. That’s my point, I would spend less than 1000$ and make almost good 4k video.
