What is the ideal temp for Intel i7-3970X?

I have a new build, and I used the cooler master 212 with the thermal paste that came with it.
I see that the ideal temp of the processor is ~65c (When the case is open)

Is that ok?

I would say that the max temperature is about 90 Degrees Centigrade. After that, your CPU will either safely shut down or throttle down to cool it off. Make sure you have excellent airflow in your system, to ensure that your chip stays cool.

Sounds right, yea, the max is ~90c and it sounds ok, but what's the ideal? I didn't get it to load yet..
