what is the ideal temps for my CPU (idle and load) its a AMD FX-6100 Quad Core. it seems to jump between 44 - 53 after a gamin

on boot-up my cpu seems to occasionally jump from 35 - 50 degrees Celsius and after gaming it doesnt seem to sit at a solid temp, it jumps between 43 - 54, is this normal or can i make it more stable? im using a stock CPU fan

Don't let it reach 70c. The absolute thermal limit for FX 6xxx is 70c, and anything above is overheating.
