an overview of the systems specs I looked at , all are DDR2 RAM up to 4GB of Memory capable, (i.e. 2x2gb), the HDD possibilities will be reduced to compatibility with SATA-150 = 1.5 Gbit/s transfer which limits your usability to SATA 300 drives (3gb/s) backwards compatible, and you need to keep it under 1TB as this is an old bios and will not handle 2TB drives at all.
