the laptop is quite old so it will not support more than that !!!

Hello Sentra03,

I disagree with the other post. Yes, the laptop is a little old but still it is good when you upgrade the memory. Your laptop supports upto 8GB (2 x 4GB) and has 2 slots. It doesn't support 8GB modules and it definitely doesn't take upto 16GB of memory. Check in Crucial or the this one here!
