What is the max safe operating temperature of the GTX 1050?

The specific graphics card I have is this one. When playing most games it's around 65-70, but some games do push it to around 70-74 degrees. Are these temps safe, and if so, what are the max safe temperatures that I need to keep in mind?

Other info that might be relevant:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 (Wraith Spire cooler)
Overclocking: None, haven't overclocked the CPU or the GPU.
Cooling: 1 intake with the PSU being the only outtake. Fan directly blows air around the CPU. Planning to add one more intake if these temps aren't that safe.

97 is max temp for that card, but personally I wouldn't put it past 80, under full load 70-74 should be okay, be careful with overclocking as it would put you up some more degrees!
