[SOLVED] What is the max safe temperature of RX 570 8GB

I have the RX 570 8gb gpu and I am thinking of OC-ing it in the near future. What should be the max "SAFE" temperature which will not damage my card.Thanks for any answer

I read 65-70 is safe, 80 is too high

Whenever I play games like rise of tomb raider, cod advanced warfare the temp is about 75-80C without me performing any oc-ing. Is it normal for amd cards or my card is being too heated. I haven't done anything to clocks or fan speeds

Depending on the cooling type of the gpu that may be high or not and the fan speed curve you've got set. For blower style coolers it's kinda normal to go into higher temperatures while open air coolers tend to perform better but that also depends on the chase size. Do you have enough airflow in your case? do you get same temps with side panel off? If it's lower then maybe look at some guides on case air flows or invest into a "better" case.
