What is the maximum resolution that this APU could support?

A10-8700B, and is it possible to go past the maximum supported resolution? If so, would it even be stable? Thank you!

That's for a laptop right ?, I am afraird it wont be able to take up a resolution more then what the laptop screen can support but incase you are connecting it to an external display its 1080p

1) No, you can't exceed the supported resolution.

2) Not sure where specs are, but I suspect it's up to 2560x1600@60Hz.

*If this is a LAPTOP then the HDMI output might only run up to 1920x1200@60Hz.

update:
Internally it's 2560x1600 (so whatever the display actually is).

HDMI isn't certain, but it would be 1080p for HDTV for sure, but not sure if higher for desktop will work.
