It must be ATX formfactor, handle well Noctua NH-D15, long lifespan, and noiseless capacitors (even if bended a little bit).

There's no real answer to your question. Durability can only be discovered by many months or years of use. The boards are not that old, so we do not know how long they will last. Any of the premium boards should work well. All of the Z170 ATX boards fit the cooler. What is your budget?
