Here's a list of all the CPU's supported by the board. Personally I'd avoid spending any money on that platform since anything more powerful would also be hot enough to melt the sun...not kidding. It'll also melt a hole in your wallet and your ego once you're done with it.

8320/8350/8370 and the 9000s are all identical aside from clock speed and power consumption.

There really isn't anywhere to go. Even an entry level Ryzen 5 or cheap i3 is going to be much faster.

So picking up practically any cheap CPU/Motherboard/RAM from with the last few years is going to be better in every way.

Your system is old enough that it can be donated to a museum. You will see more benefit in selling the system that you have and using that money to buy low end recent computer/computer parts.

I remember when we used to joke about it due to its TDP and now it's normal to have unlocked CPUs with 200W+ consumption under load, what a world. Course performance isn't the same.

And motherboards are designed to handle it. Whereas 9590 users who didn't have top of the line motherboards would burn them out.
