What is the name of this cable?

So I used to have a cable that has one 3.5mm female socket and two 3.5mm male jacks. One jack is for headphones and one jack is for microphone. I have a razer krakken headset and I need the cable so that I can listen and talk through my PC simultaneously with my headset. The cable that I used to have worked perfectly. The problem is I don't know what this cable is called and where to buy it. I live in the UK so if you know anywhere that sells it that would be good to know.
