What is the next step up in GPU and CPU?

I want something higher then my current GPU+CPU but less the the i7 4970k and the GTX 970.



GPU: AMD Radeon r7 200 series

CPU: AMD FX 4300 Quad-Core

cpu depends on your motherboard, if it will support it or not.
gpu depends on your power supply. that may need to be replaced.

you need to post the models of your psu and mobo to get a real answer.

On AMD the 6300 or 8320 CPU wise - I'd just go to Intel and look at a 4460 or 4690K. GPU wise there's lots of options - all depends on budget
