What is the PCI express slot version of Foxconn 2a8c motherboard

Please don't tell me to upgrade my Mobo.

Your MB ( G41 chipset) has the pcie1.1X16 version, if you can't find the newer BIOS, at least the one was released after 2009, the r7 250 may not be compatible to your MB.
First you may check your MB to see which BIOS it had. How to check the bios version http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

If your PC is from OEM, like HP or dell, then you should try to find the BIOS from their sites.
