[SOLVED] What is the performance difference between Ryzen 5 1600 AF and Ryzen 7 2700?

Hello, for 439 PLN I have a new Ryzen 5 1600 AF and for 550 PLN (more 25 dollars) I have Ryzen 7 2700 but condition this is used.. What is the difference in game performance? Thanks for the answer.

The differences are not much, gaming wise. The 2700 makes sense, if you plan to keep this CPU for awhile, as the extra cores will prove beneficial.

Well, 2700x has 8 cores and 16 threads and newer games are moving towards higher core count so difference may be more important in the future.

I’d go with the extra cores dx12 can leverage the use of more cores and games are all going the way of more threads, that’s the only reason my 10 year old dell system with 2 xeons in it lasted me so long I didn’t get slowdown because of games using more cores
